THE PROCESS

STEP 1

ESTIMATE

Each project begins with an estimate. The best way to obtain an estimate is to email a photo of your item to us using the following link: eivillanueva10@gmail.com. If you do not have access to a digital camera, or if you prefer to discuss your project in person, you are welcome to stop by our shop any time. No appointment is necessary. Once we have all of the details, we will provide you with an estimate.

STEP 2

MATERIAL SELECTION & TRIM

The next step is to choose a material finish and trim if required. We have extensive material selections, so we encourage you to view what we have to offer during your selection process or if you have your own fabric selected that works as well. If you are not able to transport the furniture yourself, we offer pick-up and delivery services. Once the furniture and material are at our shop, we will give you an estimated completion date.

STEP 3

UPHOLSTERY

The work process begins by removing the old material and filling to the bare frame. We check the frame for motion in the joints and repair them. We inspect springs and webbing and replace them. We retie coil springs using the traditional method of the 8-way hand-tied. We replace the fillings and padding with new materials as necessary. We cut and sew fabric components and apply them.

STEP 4

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

Once finished, we deliver it to you. We do accept payments: Cash, Credit & Debit, Checks, Zelle, and even CashApp.
